Could Not Import Document

Hello

When opening an attachment from email, I receive the following error message:

“Could not import document”

How can I fix this issue?

    Hi Joachimh,

    You have mentioned that you get the error message when trying to open the attachment from an email.

    Is it an email received from Adobe sign account to sign the document? Or just an email with PDF attachment?

    If it is an attachment, did you try to save the document on the machine?

    Is it an issue with a particular document?

    Please provide more details.
