Courses or Training for ESign

We're not entirely convinced that we're making the best use of all of ESign's features. A call to adobe has informed me that no official courses or training are currently offered for ESign Premium, and searching for any third party training has turned up nothing. Does anybody know of any third party training services that offer extensive ESign training or courses? Alternatively, would anybody be willing to offer that training - to send somebody out to us or receive a visit from us? Our company is situated in Bourne End in Buckinghamshire, so we're looking for something in the south-east of England.
