create a group signature in e-sign

We have several situations where we will allow a number of people to sign off a document where we only require one of them to do this before it it considered completed. I found an article from 2023 and the training shows you can add a group email however none of these appear in my e-sign for Adobe Enterprise.

I’ve also tried classic mode but we still do not see the options

 

Anyone know how you can send to say 3 people but any one of them can sign (that is only one needs to).

    We have confirmed that you have the Acrobat Pro Enterprise plan. However, please note that this plan does not include the Acrobat Sign Enterprise plan. The Acrobat Pro plan includes the Acrobat Sign Individual plan.

    Hi,

     

    Sorry just for clarity, I’m on a Business Adobe enterprise plan but that only includes sign individual service plan. This is the correct email address but when logging in it does give the option of either a personal account or a business account - the later is the only one i use..
