Create a multi-signer webform/widget

I am looking for a way to create a webform which can be sent to multiple signers in succession much like a workflow but something which can be sent by link or embedded in an email/site.   My current experience with Webforms is that they are single-signer items which capture singular transactions.  I know that DocuSign has the PowerForm which meets these needs by providing the initial signer a form where they indicate a series of roles to complete with the subsequent signer information fields.  

Am I missing a piece of the webform process which allows for this or is there a separate process which can be taken to allow for embeddable multi-signer links?
