create a template were the final Audit Report is attached to the signed document

Dear Community,

we do have various Templates and would like to include for some of those templates the Audit Report as we don't need them for all.
Is there a way to achive this?

    Thank you for reaching out. 

     

    The option to add the audit report to the signed document is under account settings. It is an account-level setting and can not be set according to the document or template. You may change the settings before sending the document as per the requirement. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/fedramp/user/agreement-history.html.
