Create Abobe Sign Application

I have an enterprise account, but there is no way to create an Adobe Sign Application.

Should I have a specific privileges?

If you want to integrate it on any of the Integration platform then please refer to the below Integration document:

I see that you have Adobe Sign Individual account with your email address.

Please be informed Integration is only available in Adobe Sign Enterprise account.
