Create agreement with signature and date fields

Create a adobe agreement to generate form fields with signature and date there we can update old date also. i tried but with form generator but its not showing in agreement .please help me. please provide proper Json payload to create agreement in REST API — Document e-signature Software — Acrobat Sign (adobesign.com)
