How to create 6 to 7 seven bulk custom fields whenever sending through bulk option.

Dear Meenakhsi,

 

Thank you so much of responding on my query. I saw a tutorial of how to send letters in bulk through adobe sign. In order to send letters in bulk, you have a create a file in CSV. I need to send more than 800 letters in my organiation through adobe sign for e-signature. I need to add name, passport no, their joining date, depatement, National Id card number and others fields on the letter. First i have to enter all this data in CSV file. Till that step, it is fine to me. I need guidane on how to link fields of CSV file to adobe letter in order to send to more than 800 persons. Please guide me in details so that I'll be able to complete task.
