Create Hyperlink to E-Sign a Document

Greetings,

I want to know if it is possible to create a hyperlink for a document to send. I do not want to insert the addresses and send the email through AdobeSign but would like to instead have a link for each document that I upload and then copy and paste the link into the body of my own emails.

Is this possible?

Thanks!

seems the 'create widget' link is no longer available.  can this be done by going to "web_forms?"

Thanks !

Hi MannieG24,

Thank you for reaching out.

The widget is now known as a web form in Acrobat Sign, and other changes have been added to the feature. For more information on web forms, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/41dQD6i

Hi Aadesh,

Once the Widget is created and the document is completed (signed) by all parties, does this hyperlink live on as a permanent link to the final document?

Thanks

Hi Haoh,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Once the widget is created, the hyperlink will live on as a permanent link for the particular document.

Even after the document is completed by all the parties, you can re-use the link whenever required.

It is like a template form that you have created and can reuse anytime.

For more information, you can refer this help document Create Widgets.

Let us know if you have any further queries.
