The option to create a widget under the Additional Functions on our dashboard has disappeared.

Greetings!

The availability of the Widget (and any other link in the Additional Functions section) is based on two factors:

  • Service package level - In the case of Widgets, you must have either a Business or Enterprise service package
  • Admin permission - By default the link is enabled, but Admins can have it suppressed on request to the Adobe Sign Support team. These links can be exposed/suppressed at the Account, Group or individual level.
    • If you are in a Business or Enterprise level account and don't see the Widget link, contact your account Admin or manager and request to have the feature enabled.

Most commonly, this problem asserts itself when an account is started as a Trial, which patterns itself after the Enterprise level of service, and then the final buying decision is to invest in a Team or Individual level of service, which does not include all the features of the Trial.

When that is the case, the only corrective action is to elevate your service level to Business (in the case of Widgets).

I have this problem, too. Did anyone find a solution to this?
