CreatePersonalizedEmbeddedWidget API URL Displays PDF Without Scroll Bars

Adobe's latest changes have again broken user functionality. This time it is with the embedded form returned from the API call for a CreatePersonalizedEmbeddedWidget, there are no scroll bars on the web page. The user has no way to get to the bottom of the pdf and read / see / whatever. Is anyone else having this issue?
