Question

Creating a Lead in Dynamics 365 when a participant signs the agreement

Hello,

Is there an option to create a flow to create a lead in Dynamics 365 when an adobe sign document is completed by a participant? We tried creating a flow with the Adobe triggers available, but it gives me a list of documents only that are in my completed list, not in the templates.

Hi, I never thought Dynamics 365 had such functionality. In general, I advise you to look at the guides on YouTube about the functionality of Microsoft dynamics 365 so that you understand what this software can and cannot do. I use it to manage my business. By the way, at the very beginning, I didn't understand how this software worked at all. Still, I gathered a team of experts from d365experts.co.uk who could configure Microsoft dynamics 365 and implement this software into my business. By the way, it's much easier for me to manage my business now, and most importantly, it's more profitable.

Hi VSARM,

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems that you are using the Adobe Sign Enterprise plan.

As you have a question related to integration, the experts can best answer it. I suggest you please get in touch with our Adobe Sign Enterprise support team to get the correct information about this. You may contact them using the steps indicated in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/adobesign-support-resources.html.

You may also refer to the information provided on the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/microsoft-dynamics-integration-installation-guide.html

Check if that helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
