Creating a non-GxP doc with a GxP account

Hi,

I'm working in a pharmaceutical company, and we have to produce GMP documents daily. The issue is that I have to implement a new document and procedure, and I would like to use a non-GxP tool to do so. I'd like to use the "Add recipient group" option.
My company's IT support told me that one cannot use non-GxP options to produce documents once the account is set to GxP. We need a GxP account to produce GMP documents, we cannot skip it. 
Is there a way to switch back and forth between GxP and non-GxP formats? Is it allowed? Will such option be available in the future?
