Creating a sign up sheet fist come, first serve

I would like to create a sign up sheet with a first come first serve idea.   Basiclly I want my co-workers to sign up for small group walkthroughs, and do not want to deal with the administrative task of mangaing the sign up for the multipy times. 

Has anyone tried this before with Adobe cloud or sign?  Was it worth the effort creating the form, posting it online, and having everyone try and sign up for different times?

I could also use a few tips and hints on the best way to create the form,  thank you for your time!
