English text below the French version.Bonjour,Je tente de créer un formulaire au départ de Word.Les résultats que j’obtiens sont inadéquats.L’objectif est que le champ occupe l’espace de la cellule.Si on doit jouer avec la taille des caractères de l’instruction pour occuper cet espace, on en arrive à des caractères minuscules ou énormes en fonction de l’espace qu’occupe l’instruction dans la cellule.Il doit certainement y avoir un moyen de régler cela. Quelqu’un peut-il m’aider ? Hello,I'm trying to create a form using Word.The results I'm getting are unsuitable.The goal is for the field to fill the cell.If I have to adjust the font size to fill that space, the resulting characters are either tiny or enormous depending on the cell's width.There must be a way to fix this. Can anyone help?

When you upload the form to Acrobat Sign, it automatically detects the form fields. Please let us know if the screenshot shared above displays the form fields you added or those that were automatically detected when the document was uploaded. You can increase and decrease the size of the form fields and then set the same font size for all the fields.
