.csv to merge field details in 'request e-signature' like in bulk send

In bulk send, it is possible to upload a customised .csv file to pre-fill in information fields, such as name, title etc as well as any custom-defined field, such as a $amount. 

Can a similar merge function be used when sending to just one recipient, rather than manually enetering text fields before sending?
