custom email

Hi,

We're using the P2 subscription for EchoSign, however, we really would like to customise the email that is sent to recipients to fit with our branding.  For instance the blue used for the links clashes with our pallet.  Is there a way to redesign this?

Hello JB-Sketch,

By default, there are certain things which can be customised regarding emails being sent out. Below are listed features:

-You can add Email header and footer.

-You can add logo in your account which is shown in emails sent.

-The message included in the email is provided while sending document in Send tab.

-The sender name shown in Email Subject line is fetched automatically from Sender's Profile.

Apart from that, as of now, there is no other customisation available yet regarding emails.

Hi Rijul,

I am able to add a custom header logo without any trouble.

The issue I'm having is that the maximum width of the logo is 600px, which means my logo is cut-off horizontally when the email is sent. Is there anything I can do to remedy this?

Alternatively is there any way to display the header logo horizontally centered on the email?
