Custom field in 2 templates

Thanks mate, i should have replied i figured it out the other day, i just made them DOC1-Custom Field 1 ect

Adobe Sign combines multiple documents into a single document. So when 2 files/templates have a field with the same name they become duplicate fields.

To stop this you need to provide unique names on each of the template if they can be combined together.

You can use a simple numbering system

If you have 5 docs and a Name field which should be treated as a unique field in the combine document name the fields something like so

'Name-doc1' in Doc 1 template

and

'Name-doc2' in Doc 2 tempalte and so on
