Custom Fillable Form upload

Good morning,

I use the version of adobe sign for business webform. I tried that adobe sign form, but it was not what we needed since I need a link for my webpage.

I created a webform and all the people that are signers can receive an e-mail once the form is submitted.

When you create a webform it generates a link that I use in two ways;

1. Link embedded in our webpage to access the form from the website
2. Send the link in an e-mail to a client to access the form from the e-mail link.

Every time a form is submitted; I receive an email because I am a signer who approves the application form. Every process could be different.

I am not an expert, I only researched enough to meet my needs and it is the only product I use from Adobe Sign, and it has worked phenomenal for us. I hope it helps you.
