Do you have Adobe Acrobat? You can create PDFs with your corporate fonts for the main documents. Not sure that those fonts can be used for form fields though.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm using Linux, so no Acrobat for me :-) but will look if there is an alternative that can embed fonts.
