Customer still Alerted Daily after file is signed

Hello,

I use adobe sign on a Mac computer.

Our customer who has signed what he needs and completed his document is still receiving reminders. How do I turn those off specifically for his document? I want to keep all others on. Thank you. Email that works is brynne@heroes.do

    Please drop and email to support@echosign.zendesk.com with the details of the transaction in the following format:

    Document title:

    Email of the Sender:

    Email of the Signer:

    Date:

    They will be able to find the cause of the reminders send after signing.
