Customer wants to use their AdobeSign account for my contract (instead of ours).

My company created a Beta software contract and it was sent to a potential beta customer. Thye replied that the contract had to originate from their  AdobeSign account (as corporate policy). So, it is obviously important to them where it originates from, should it be important to me? What is the difference legaly?
