Customize Adobe Sign "cover" email

I'm working with a client and we've implemented Adobe Sign for their sales organization.  One of the issues keeping them from fully adopting the product is, we can't figure out how to customize the cover email.  The use case is, the "agreement" is an executable proposal.  The language in the subject line is off-putting, as is the body of the email.  And, we can't find any where to customize the body of the email. 

Ideally we'd like the body of the email to be something a bit less "agreement for you to sign" and more, your proposal is attached.  Also we'd like to customize the name of the Agreement automatically with the name of the MSCRM quote name. 

How can we get that done?
