D365 Data Mapping of check box fields

Hello, 

I have two fields on the contract that clients need to select as part of their contract document signature. I am looking for a solution to achieve this. 

Note that the document is generated from D365 via Documents Core Pack and send to clients for signatures via AdobeSign. 

Have tried data mapping functionality however able to bring back only text input from the AdobeSign document into D365, however I am not able to configure a checkbox field and bring the selection on the check box back to D365. Note the fields used for data mapping are Y and N fields.
