Data Mapping Error

I have made and agreement template with master object as Contract and defined data mappping.

But while the Signature process takes place I recieve an error saying "Attempted to map to a related object reference which was not set on the agreement: echosign_dev1__Contract__r".

Any Suggestions on how can we resolve the issue?
