Data mapping issue on populating field values in Salesforce.

I have integrated Adobe sign with Salesforce.

While generating a document for signature, I have mapped the fields of the document in Data mapping with my custom object in Salesforce.

Even though it is mapped, it does not update/populated in corresponding fields in Salesforce. Also, all the fields are given as not a Read-only fields(editable) but while generating document some Radio button fields are non-editable.
