Data Privacy Agreement?

We are a school using Adobe Sign to have parents sign documents electronically on a trial basis only. In order for us to sign on for a full membership we would need to verify that Adobe has signed on with the Data Privacy Agreement (DPA) like PanDocs and DocuSign. Can you verify that Adobe has or will be signing that agreement so that we can proceed with your product?
