Is it possible to decline as an approver, and enter a note, but still keep the agreement moving forward?And the signer can see why the approver declined.

If the approver declines, the workflow stops and you have to start again.  If any of the participants decline to sign the document no longer continues its course.

Has anyone figure this out yet?
We send a bulk signature with the order of signing off and when someone decline it cancels the whole document. 
We want it just have the one approver/signer to decline but still keep the document open for everyone to continue to sign.
