default instead of autofilled subject line

Hi,

My company has got an account with echosign (we still use the echosign link), we used to be able to use the autofill Agreement Name feature - after dragging and dropping a file, the Agreement Name would be autopopulated which is what we want. Now it uses one of our emails as the subject line and we have to manually delete it every single time. Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this?

Also is there a customer support center for us to contact the customer support team?

Generally, a Message Template can be set up and auto-selected which can change the Agreement name and message. This could be the cause of the error, though there could be other reasons.
