Default setting signature

When signing with the new Adobe Sign 'experience'  in a template, only the E-Signature will be displayed by default, without an email address.How can I change this?

Please let us know if you are adding a signature field or signing the document. If you are signing the document, it may be possible the sender has added the signature field that way. For more information on types of signature fields, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4aFCtgY.
