Question

Default Time Zone for Adobe Sign

Hi,

Has anyone been able to verify if GMT is the only time zone used for Adobe Sign regardless of where in the world you are located? I have had 3 separate agents hang up on me without answering the question other than to say "purchase the enterprise version".

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

pst is corporate time, but i think that's not relevant to you.  adobe disconnects aren't time-zone related.

what are you asking?

My question was if GMT is the only default time zone used by Adobe. If it reads off my computers registry then I can change the time zone there. If Adobe only uses GMT then I'm stuck with it.

adobe doesn't use your local clock except in some matters related to perpetual licenses
