I may be over-thinking this but we are looking into using Esign for our small dept (10 people typically). Our employees seldom come into the office but I need them to sign to verify their time cards. At times it takes weeks to get the process completed. Esign potentially could be the perfect answer. My queston, "What constitues a User?" Is the author of a document or the author AND all the signers, in this case 11 (myself and 10 employees) considered users? Supervision has to also countersign the documents. Does this make 12 users? Is one document signed twice considered 2 documents?  For a small dept you can blow through a limit of 150 docs (timesheets)/year quickly if that is the case. Trying to make it easier on folks, particularly in these days of Covid-19 isolation. Apologies for being dense and thank you for any help.
