Delete all signed documents

Hi,

How do I delete all the signed documents in the "Adobe Sign Cloud" at once?

Now I just can delete them one and one.

I save them to another location when I have downloaded them and don't wan't all the documents to still be in the "Adobe Sign Cloud" under "Signed" in "Manage".

Hi Noiden,

Sorry for the delay in response.

For individual account, the only option to delete the signed document in "Adobe Sign Cloud" is one-by-one. You can not delete the multiple documents at once.

Hi Noiden,

As you have mentioned above, you wish to delete the signed document under the Manage tab and from the Adobe Sign Cloud.

Please refer this forum thread Document is accessible via Recent Events but doesn't appear in Manage Dashboard with the similar query.

Hi,

I only have a invidual account, so I can't have the "Document Retention" function, where you delete the documents after 30 days?

With the GDPR Privacy function I could also only delete one document at the time.
