Delete document

Hello I had recently (2 weeks ago) created an account using this email, created a document using Adobe Sign and deleted said account. However, the document link is still live and I can still see the document despite deleting my entire Adobe account. 

I am unable to speak to anyone on the phone because for some reason, it only allows paid users, so the only way to have my questions answered is to put it on here. 

My question: How long after my account is deleted will my documents be deleted? It has personal information on here and I would like it gone.
