Delete stored incorrect e-mail address

I typed an e-signature request e-mail incorrectly. Now every time I begin to enter the e-mail, the incorrect one keeps popping up. Is there a way to delete that stored information so that only the correct one pops up?

Yes, you may click on the"X" icon next to the email address suggestion when it appears. The email address will be permanently removed from the suggestion.

This worked online, but on the application (I'm on a macbook) there is no visible X to remove the e-mail addresses and the incorrect ones are still populating.  There are two spots, first on the pop up right after clicking the "Request Signatures" button.  And then if I go to add additional signers after the document is processed/being prepared to send for signature.  I can send screenshots but there is real user data so i will have to redact.  Let me know if that would be helpful.  Thank you!
