I have a sensitive document I deleted once it was signed; however, it is still seen as a document I can view from the recent activity, and I do not want it to be in the history. How do I remove the file permanently?

Hi Sales-id,
Sorry to say it is not possible to delete the document from the Recent Events list.
However, you can turn off the recent events so the file does not show there.
For that, go to Account > Personal Preferences > My Events/Alerts.
Then uncheck the all the box for Event under the first Headline and click on Save to save the changes.
