Deleted Templates still appearing in Request Signature library

Hello, I have been able to delete old templates from my library on the Documents tab with no issue. They have been replaced by updated documents. However, some of the titles of the deleted files are still available to select from my document library when I use the Request Signature tool. When I select the deleted documents, I receive an error which says "The library document has been removed from the system."

Please advise on how to remove these deleted templates from my library completely, thanks.
