Deleting docs in 'Saved in App' folder in Adobe Sign on mobile device

I am trying to delete old documents (pre-signed) stored in the ‘Saved in App’ folder in Adobe Sign on an iPad. These PDF forms were previously shared with Adobe Sign and automatically stored in the ‘Saved in App’ folder. I have tried several times to delete them since they’re outdated but to no success. These docs are not displayed in Adobe Sign on a laptop, only the iPad so thought they might have been stored locally but could not find them on my device. Please help!

Please share a screenshot of the window where you view these documents in the application. Also, how was the document shared with Adobe Sign?

In Adobe Acrobat Sign, your uploaded document is saved as a draft if not sent for signature. The screenshot would help us determine exactly where the file is saved.

Please share the Adobe Acrobat Sign and OS version numbers currently installed on your iOS device.

I believe I sent the doc as an attachment and then shared it by clicking on Share icon and selecting Adobe Sign. One of the docs may have been saved on my iPad and then shared by clicking Share icon. Most of these docs have been used to send a doc for signature but since stored in App will remain until deleted. I have since deleted any forms in progress for signature but that did not help. I have Adobe Sign version v3.29.90 installed. My iPadOS Version is 18.4.1.  Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!
