Adobe Sign is a web-based application.

There is no desktop application available for Adobe Sign.

You can access it online using this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign or via the Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application.

The Adobe Sign application is only available for the Android and iOS mobile devices.
