Question

Detecting Wrong EMail Address for Signor

Hi

This is down to me and human error but I have twice entered the wrong email address for signors of contracts - for example missing a double L and using one etc.

If you make a mistake in Outlook you will get a delivery failure notice (whether is a domain error or a user name error) but AdobeSign does not seem to detect these and warn users of the delivery failure so I have been using the chase function but am chasing an incoreect email address!

I know I can take greater care and will but is there any way in AdobeSign of detecting whether there are delivery failures when using AdobeSign?

Kind regards

Pete

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Sign forum so that proper help can be offered.

Sign only notifies the sender of a bounced message when the recieving email server in fact sends out a bounce back email.

But if it does the sender is notified of the bounceback event.
