Developer Edition Account - How Long to Provision?

It's been over a week since I completed the form to request a Developer Edition account here:

How long does it normally take for a Developer Account to be provisioned?

it gets created right away. Bear in mind that Dev account also require an AdobeID these days.

Thanks - when you complete the form it just says that you will receive an email notifying you when the account has been provisioned. I'm yet to receive any email about this though - assumed there was some kind of backlog etc.
