Different administrators have different features in their sign accounts

Hi there,Under our company we have a couple of different administrators that send and manage their own different documents, only they appear to have differing permissions/features under each account. For example, I am able to create workflows, Mega Sign documents and tweak a myriad of other features and settings in my account. However, a colleague who is setup under her email address yet under the same corporate plan (and is also setup as a administrator in the backend) does not have access to the workflow/mega sign/widget features I do. How do we go about ensuring that my colleague has all the features as myself, seeing as in the company wide view we are setup the same (as administrators). Thanks and happy new year!

Greetings!The features you describe can be enabled/disabled at the user level, so it's possible that you have admins that have been selectively configured.That said, it's very uncommon. My first inclination is that you are in different accounts.You could check this by navigating to your Users menu and exposing all users. If your fellow Admin is in your account, they will be listed.And if you are both in the same account, then I would suggest contacting your account Success Manager to talk about what features you need to have exposed and to which parties.There may be a great reason to individually provision users to feature access, but since you are asking this question, It might be worth talking with your success manager to get more general settings applied so this doesn't continue to be a sticking point.
