Different recipient list to be email notified for different option chosen inside Adobe Sign.

Hi everyone, 

I was just wondering if there is such a setting whereby when a particular radio button option is chosen by the signer, a particular list of people will be informed via email from the system notificaition. 

To put things into context, let's assign simple roles:

• Buyer 
• Ice Cream Vendors 
• Cookie Vendors

Here's a very simple case scenario:

• If the buyer chooses radio option 1: "I want to eat Ice Cream", the list of Ice Cream Vendors email will automatically receive the notification of the signed document by the signer. Cookie vendors will not receive any email notification.
• Similarly, if the buyer chooses radio option 2: "I want to eat Cookies", the list of Cookie Vendors email will automatically receive the notification of the signed document by the signer. Ice Cream vendors will not receive any email notfication.
