Digital Certificate Signature Password Change

In my department at work I have been tasked with creating digital signatures for multiple users.  Is there a way for them to change the password on the signature after I've installed it on their systems?  I set it to be a generic password and then they are required to change it to a personal unique one.  I just wonder if it's possible to change the password once they have set it up on their computer.
