Digital ID Authorization - An Error Occured

Hello All, Anyone come accross this before? This is occuring on Bulk sign and Self Sign, its affecting a number of people but not all.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

As you receive the error, could you please confirm if the issue started recently? Are you using the Digital Signature for the first time?

Do you experience this issue when self-signing PDF while using the Bulk Sign option?
