Digital ID Cuts Off Name

Hi! I hope someone can help me. I created a digital id and am able to insert it into my document. That being said, the digital id cuts off my first name. My name appears as

Elizabet

h Mills

For whatever reason, it cuts off the h and places it on the second line. I have tried everything to place the name Elizabeth on one line but am unable to do so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
