Digitally signing pdf issue

Question

Recipient unable to  e-signiture my sent pdf, just get's the option to 'select your digital provider'. Was working fine until last week, have repaired, updated etc but I'm at a loss? Any help gatefully received

Could you please share more information on what options the recipient gets when trying to sign the document?

If the recipients get the option to 'select your digital provider', what happens after he selects the provider?

How did you create and send the document for signature? What options did you select to add the signature field?

It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot or screen recording of what happens at the recipient's end.
