How can I disable the automatic attachment of the audit report to the PDF that is emailed to all signers when the signing process is finished?

    Hi Liana Eelen,

    Thank you for reaching out.

You may change the settings under the Admin > Account settings > Global Settings > Attach audit report to documents. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3Qn1WW8

I only see the Personal Settings. Is it only possible for the administrator of the Adobe Acrobat Enterprise to change the Global Settings?

    Hi Liana Eelen,

The option is not available for the Acrobat Sign individual-level service plan only. It is available for other plans.

We have checked your account and see that you are using the Acrobat Sign individual plan. That is the reason you do not see the Global settings options.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Meenakshi
