DML operation INSERT not allowed on echosign_dev1__SIGN_Agreement__c

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an below error while clicking the button "Send for signature". The functionality working fine for system administrator, but i tried this for some other user that is not working and i have given all permissions for the object "echosign_dev1__SIGN_Agreement__c". Please guide me how can i solve this.

Error:

DML operation INSERT not allowed on echosign_dev1__SIGN_Agreement__c

Error is in expression '{!doProcess}' in page echosign_dev1:agreementtemplateprocess: (echosign_dev1)

An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (echosign_dev1)

Info: we are installed Echosign App in our Salesforce org and we are getting this issue while using the button "Send to Signature",  please Refer the below screen and please give a solution for this, is very urgent
