Question

Do clients need an adobe account / cloud signature provider to e-sign?

I noticed it is aking for a cloud ID software to be able to e-sign. I want my documents to be as simple as sending a pandadoc document, where clients only input their info and sign. No questions asked, no subscription / account needed.  Can adobe sign do this?

thanks

Hi Anthony Lemay,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you send a document for signature from Acrobat Sign, recipients do not need an Adobe or Acrobat Sign account.

They will receive the link for the document via email. They will click on the link in the email, which will take the user to the Acrobat Sign user interface, where they can review and sign it.

For more information on how it works, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/esign-document.html.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
